堂庭一詞出自山海經：
『南山經之首為鵲山。多桂、草木、金玉、鳥獸。生機勃勃。
往東三百里，有一堂庭之山多棪木、白猿、水玉與黃金。』
設計上藉由群山之交錯，來表達鵲山與堂庭之山的繁華。
交錯的線條形成一房子屋頂，以傳達友善檢測的宗旨：像家一樣的保護。
